Submitting a form or calling us is a request — not a binding service contract. We will follow up to confirm details and provide an estimate or written authorization. By contacting us, you consent to be reached at the phone number or email you provided about your request.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be revised as the scope of work is uncovered. Payment terms, deductibles, and insurance billing arrangements are detailed in your written authorization.

When we bill your insurance carrier directly, you remain responsible for amounts your carrier does not cover — including deductibles, depreciation, and non-covered scope. We do not guarantee coverage decisions made by your carrier.

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property during scheduled work and for disclosing known hazards. Our crews follow industry safety protocols and may pause work if conditions become unsafe.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access areas not intended for public use. Content on the site is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.

The Quality Restoration NW name, logo, and site content are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce them without permission.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at all times. Service warranties, if any, are described in your written work authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for use of the website. Liability for services performed at your property is governed by your signed work authorization.
